Here before Sunday.

Include your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version if something isn't working. Screen recordings help a lot.
Setting up for stage
- Turn the ringer switch on (silent mode mutes nothing in Stillpad, but a muted phone is easy to misread). The app warns you if the system volume is low.
- Use a wired or Lightning/USB-C interface for the lowest latency and a clean feed to the board. Bluetooth adds delay and can drop out.
- Turn on Keep screen awake while playing in Settings, or lock the phone: the pad keeps playing in the background either way.
Click in your ears, pad in the mix
In Settings choose Routing → Split. The pad goes to the left channel and the click to the right. Use a splitter cable or an interface with two outputs: left to the board, right to your in-ears.
No sound
- Check the PAD slider on the Live screen and the system volume.
- If another app took the audio session (a phone call, a video), tap any key again.
- If the app shows "Some pad sounds are missing or damaged", reinstall from the App Store; nothing you made is lost if iCloud sync is on, and setlists are kept on device either way.
Restoring purchases
On any paywall tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Family Sharing is not enabled for Stillpad Pro.
Follow sessions
- All devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi network, or close enough for peer-to-peer Wi-Fi.
- The leader taps Sync on the Live screen and starts hosting; followers tap Sync and join.
- If a follower doesn't see the host, confirm iOS granted Stillpad local-network access in Settings → Privacy → Local Network.
Footswitches and pedals
Pair your MIDI footswitch in iOS Settings (Bluetooth) or plug it in. Then turn on Hands-free in Stillpad Settings. Program changes or notes step the key; CC 11 rides the swell; a mapped button triggers panic.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe something's wrong with the app, email us and we'll make it right.
Feature requests
Tell us what your team needs. Pad families, kits, chart formats, and integrations are shaped by what worship leaders ask for.
